Greg came in to mount the TV right on time of schedule if not a few minutes early, he was very quick and could tell he had years of experience, was happy to answer any questions I had as well as explain the steps he was taking to ensure the best care, and told us we had a 6 month warranty just in case he needs to come back for anything.Jen who set up the appointment with me was very responsive and quick to respond if I had questions, and she reached out the day before to confirm the appointment as well, 10/10 would recommend and will use again
